As the announcement of Joe Biden was released Duane and I are here in Denver as guest chefs for a cocktail reception sponsored by Jackmont Hospitality. The reception is for 2800 people. This is a challenge for us because this is way beyond the scope of what we are use to doing but the Chef here, Carmen Calo, is a superstar chef who makes this a walk in the park.
